So, here at my house, the family vacuum gave up the ghost yesterday. Today, it’s replacement arrived from Costco. Very cool, for some odd reason. Works better than the old one, and is lighter and quieter (by 5db. I measured. Is that wrong?) Aren’t SPL meter’s the most fun devices ever? Best 50 bucks I ever spent.

Also, this morning brought me to mah first ever…..black sash workout. For those who forgot/didn’t know, I do martial arts, specifically an art called Kajukenbo. Anyway, since I will be taking my test for my black belt (actually a sash, not a belt in this art) , I have gotten the right to show up to the Saturday black sash class, a 90 minute highly in=depth class where we learn all sorts of little details to better prep for our future tests. It was a TON of fun. The next one won’t be for a few weeks though.

As of late, I have been writing this posts in HTML instead of using the editor. I don’t know why, I find it easier. It’s faster and less cluttered I fear I my nerdiness is becoming too in-depth. I was also looking through the stats section and discovered I have the email and IP addresses for everybody who comments here, which is pretty cool. (Washington Man, have you been posting here from class? Fo’ shame). I’d tell you where they are, but I forgot. I think it’s under “Manage” somewhere.

I must go now and do the dishes before my dad gets very mad at me for procrastinating so much….laterz.
