#3 – Am I the only one who hates that “SnapShots” thing? It always gets in my way, and I can’t find an option to turn it off.
#4 – Do you think I could talk the church people into letting us play some hardcore/metal just to see what people say, you know, an experiment? For that matter, why does metal offend so many people?
#3 – In your dashboard, go to the Design tab and then click on Extras. There should be a check box that says “Enable SnapShots.” Voila. Annoyance is eliminated. Hope that works.
#4 – Metal is loud, abrasive and in your face. How many people like to be shouted at? Of course, I like most metal so I don’t quite understand the “offended” part. Same reason why I don’t understand the problem with Christian rap. Rap is a neutral term (in my opinion) tied to the type of music, not necessarily to the lyrics – so why can’t Christians take rap (or metal/hardcore) and add Jesus to the mix?

Hmm – wait – I tried the SnapShots thing and while it takes them off my blog, it doesn’t take them off other blogs. Darn!

People don’t like to be forced out of their comfort zones and metal does that. Or you have the people that think that Satan is in the music and will shortly be crawling out of our “evil” speakers to drag them in to the darkest circles of hell just for listening to the best wake-up music out there!!! People wonder why they have aggression or anger issues. Answer: they don’t listen to metal. Really.
